FACILITATE ACCESS TO ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE

In the socio-economic context of low-income countries, it is difficult for the vast majority of people with disabilities to access even the most basic technical aids because of their precariousness. Indeed, 90% of people who need assistive technologies do not have access to them and this has a significant negative impact on education, livelihoods, health and well-being of individuals, families, communities and societies.

OADCPH intervenes on this axis by setting up a donation component department supported by the central purchasing office and partners from all around the world. OADCPH assists the most vulnerable disabled people by making materials available to member rehabilitation centers for their management, or by making direct donations for these people.
